UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO
We offer FREE Shipping for all orders $35 & over! Free Shipping applies only to orders being shipped to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico!
Customers may experience shipping delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and assure you your package will be sent as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order’s size, weight, shipping method, and shipping address. In your cart, you will see the estimated shipping charge, and will see actual shipping cost at checkout.
Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing on most orders. Shipments are made on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
All of our shipments via a tracked shipping method. You will receive an email notification, including a tracking button you can use to check the progress of your shipment, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For International Orders (orders shipped outside the United States or Puerto Rico), you may be charged customs fees, sales tax, tariffs, or duties by the shipping carrier. Please note that these fees are not included in our pricing and we cannot predict the exact amount that you will be charged. Any customs fees, tariffs or duties incurred on your package are your responsibility, and you may receive a separate invoice for these costs from the shipping carrier. We suggest that you contact your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Additionally, please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout. The extent of the customs rates depends on the country of residence. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.
We are currently only shipping to select international countries, but we're working hard to expand our international shipping capabilities. If you're not seeing your country listed at checkout, please send us an email at info@mirtadeperales.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Mirta de Perales, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please note that items purchased from mirtadeperales.com must be returned to Mirta de Perales, Inc. 2110 NW 96 Ave Miami, FL 33172. They cannot be returned to any store. Please call our office at 1 (800) 708-5342 and explain whether you would like an exchange or a return. If you have any further questions, please visit our contact page.
In the case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box and products, and email us as soon as possible at info@mirtadeperales.com or call us at 1-800-708-5342 to notify us of the damage.
Step 1: Cleanse
Product: Shampoo
Instructions: Wet hair thoroughly. Dispense a generous amount of shampoo into your palms, then gently massage it into your scalp and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Condition
Product: Conditioner
Instructions: After shampooing, apply conditioner generously to hair, focusing on the ends, avoiding the scalp. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle gently while the conditioner is in. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 3: Treat
Product: Hair Dressing or Leave - In Creams
Instructions: Apply a small amount to damp hair, distributing it evenly from the middle of hair to the ends. Comb through to ensure even application. Style as usual, enjoying the added heat protection and moisture.
